Question:  Many of your products allow me to choose different wildlife profiles.  What if I want a profile that you do not offer?

Answer:  There are many more profiles available that can be ordered - it is just impractical to list them all.  If you do not see what you want, simple call or email us to see if what you want is available - if not, it may be possible to custom design a profile you desire.  

Question:  How do I care for the finish of my beautiful wood furniture?

Answer:  If your furniture is finished with beeswax, we recommend that every 1-2 yrs you rub in more beeswax.  This is really a judgement call depending upon the dryness of your climate.  If your furniture is finished with either polyurethane or lacquer, we recommend using a brand-name spray furniture polish.  We also recommend not using or placing your furniture outdoors unless it is specifically designed for use outside.  If properly cared for, our furniture is made to last a lifetime!  

Question:  Does your furniture have to be assembled?

Answer:  Only our bedframes require partial assembly.  The rest of our products are packed or crated fully assembled.  We would like to remind you that due to the quality of our handcrafted products, many are quite heavy.  We would also like to remind you that all of our lighting fixtures are UL listed and if direct-wired, they should be installed by a qualified electricain.
